With nearly four decades of experience as a Financial Advisor, Jimmy is dedicated to helping his clients meet their financial needs by developing investment plans around their long-term goals and risk tolerance. His extensive experience – throughout major shifts in the markets – enables him to help his clients structure balanced portfolios to address their specific financial goals.
Now, a Managing Partner of 2911 Wealth Advisors, he began his financial consultant career with Merrill Lynch in the mid ‘80s. From 1991 to 2008 served as President of a regional investment firm. Worked for Wells Fargo Advisors Private Client Group from 2008 until taking his practice to the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network division in association with 2911 Wealth Advisors.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Engineering Technology department of Texas A&M University specializing in Industrial Distribution. He holds Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, & 65 Securities Registrations, as well as a Group 1 Life & Health Insurance and Variable Annuity License.
Away from the office Jimmy is involved in many community activities which include serving on various boards and committees. He and his wife Dona have three grown children: Kaitlyn, Kerris, and Matt. They currently have three grandchildren: Hattie, Millie, and Hunt.
